Dale Dunning is an Associate at ACRE Solutions, where he supports all advisory and capital-raising engagements by conducting research and underwriting on real estate transactions, including joint ventures and recapitalizations. Dunning also assists in intermediating secondary transfers of LP interests in both open-end and closed-end fund vehicles which includes all necessary operational tasks to execute and close transactions.
 
Before joining, Dunning interned at Yellowstone Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank, on their Business Development team where he assisted the team with sourcing sell-side M&A advisory mandates within the Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing, and Fulfillment/Logistics industries. Prior to that, Dunning interned at Berkadia on their Mortgage Banking team in New York City focusing on underwriting and originating senior commercial real estate debt.
 
He earned a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University (Cum Laude).​ Dunning is an Investment Banking Registered Representative holding a Series 79 and 63.
