Joe Ryan is a Vice President at ACRE Solutions, responsible for managing LP intermediations in both open-end and closed-end fund vehicles. Mr. Ryan supports the team throughout all advisory and capital raising engagements, which includes researching, underwriting, and valuing direct real estate transactions, along with the various duties necessary to push all transactions to close. During his time with the ACRE Solutions team, he has directly contributed to sourcing, negotiating, and closing of multiple billions of dollars in secondary transactions.
 
Prior to joining ACRE, Mr. Ryan was a Senior Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust managing a service portfolio of over $26 billion. Arbor Realty Trust is a direct lender, providing loan origination and servicing for multifamily, single-family rental (SFR), seniors housing and other diverse commercial real estate assets. While at Arbor, he worked with one of the company’s highest-producing loan origination teams which closed over $2 billion worth of loans during his tenure.
 
Mr. Ryan has also previously held positions with Marcus & Millichap and Grant Thornton. He brings over 4 years of institutional real estate experience to the team. Mr. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
 
Mr. Ryan is an Investment Banking Registered Representative holding a Series 79 and 63. ​​
